Applied Engineering specializes in the precision machining of aluminum components for a wide range of applications, including: Communications Systems, Aerospace Applications, Defense, Medical and Archery.

We have more than 80 CNC machines in our facility for various machining operations to fit the needs of our customers. These machines are operated by a highly skilled workforce as well as robotically loaded.

Ehresmann Engineering is an engineering consulting and steel fabricating firm, incorporated as a family business in 1983 to meet the highly specialized needs of the communication industry. Situated in rural southeastern South Dakota, EEI has provided services in all 50 states and around the world. EEI is the leader of communication tower design, engineering, and manufacturing.

EEI specializes in in providing many styles of tower fabrications: guyed towers, self-supporting towers, monopoles, monopines & replacement branches, concealment towers, modifications, mounts & components and government turnkey services.

We offer a wide range of aluminium products backed by unmatched capabilities, knowledge and more than 50 years of experience in aluminium. Recycling of aluminium is important to avoid waste and create a more circular economy. Hydro offers two different products that are based on recycled aluminium.

An example of one of our products: Hydro RESTORE is a range of aluminium products made from a combination of recycled pre-consumer scrap, recycled post-consumer scrap and primary aluminium. Even the most advanced aluminium manufacturing generates scrap. This pre-consumer scrap is a natural consequence of the production process. Hydro is continuously working to reduce the creation of scrap by optimizing manufacturing processes. Post-consumer scrap has already lived a “life” – as a window frame, automotive wheel, or a beverage can – and now it has been recycled to be turned into something new. The small amount of primary aluminium in Hydro RESTORE enables fine control of the alloy composition and mechanical properties of the aluminium.

Hydro RESTORE can be used in the full range of aluminium products, such as cars, trains, furniture, electronics, ships, buildings, facades, windows, doors, and much more.
